I consider myself an experienced Drupal user.

Yes I am maintaining several one that has been a challenge is the documentation site for the Don Ho's Notepad++. http://npp-community.tuxfamily.org/

Several are in the works at varying stages of development

Have you used any web content management tools similar to Drupal? If so, what are they?

I have toyed around a little with Dreamweaver ( I know its not a CMS), Joomla, and Wordpress.
